Human Resources Business Partner

Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
Provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices whilst ensuring compliance with French labour laws
Lead talent management initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, retention, and succession planning
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
Analyse HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement
Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive company culture through training programmes and professional development opportunities
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Significant HR experience, including previous role as an HR Business Partner
Strong knowledge of HR practices, French labor laws, and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
Strategic thinking and business acumen to align HR initiatives with organizational goals
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite
Experience in change management, organizational development, and talent management
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in French and English
