Human Resources Business Partner

  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices whilst ensuring compliance with French labour laws
  • Lead talent management initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, retention, and succession planning
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
  • Analyse HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive company culture through training programmes and professional development opportunities

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Significant HR experience, including previous role as an HR Business Partner
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, French labor laws, and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen to align HR initiatives with organizational goals
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in change management, organizational development, and talent management
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in French and English
