Job Description
We are seeking a BS&P Performance Engineer who holds ownership of KPIs deployed within the Taiwan BU, manages the operation KPIs definition and stability over-time, and provides first-level analysis of the KPIs per P&L entity. This role is in charge of liaising with the Taiwan group entity to qualitatively explain main KPIs deviations, in coordination with the BS&P Asia team.
【Key Responsibilities】
Budget Support
Support the Taiwan Business Unit (BU) yearly budget.
Review financial budget figures (or forecast figures) proposed by Taiwan BU entities.
Assess the correlation between the data and the existing performance of the plant, as well as the expected performance resulting from potential revamping and improvement works.
Lead the transformation of the yearly budget into 12 monthly budgets that can be performance-monitored.
Performance Assessment & Reporting
Decarbonization & CO2 Net Zero Roadmap
Lead the CO2 Net Zero Roadmap of the Veolia Taiwan BU.
Prepare updates for the Veolia Taiwan CO2 Net Zero Roadmap and maintain liaison with Asia BS&P.
Supervise and implement priorities for decarbonization actions (in liaison with the BS&P Project Engineer).
Qualifications
【Required Qualifications】
Degree in Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Environmental Engineering.
5 years+ of relevant work experience
English fluent, Mandarin highly recommended .
AI acumen.
【Preferred Qualifications】
Familiar with EneffCo (Energy Analysis Software).
Familiarity with Chemical Thermodynamics and Mass Balance is highly preferred.
Veolia Internal candidates could be a plus, but not a requirement though.
