We are excited to announce an outstanding opportunity for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our dynamic team in Sydney Olympic Park, Australia. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in aligning our human resources strategies with our business objectives, fostering a positive work environment, and driving organizational success.
Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals
Provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to managers and employees
Lead talent management initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies
Conduct workforce planning and succession planning to ensure organizational readiness
Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and performance management
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and foster professional growth
Analyze HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement
Collaborate with the HR team to streamline processes and enhance overall HR effectiveness
Stay current with labor laws and regulations, ensuring organizational compliance
Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive company culture
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, with significant HR experience, including as an HR Business Partner
Strong knowledge of HR practices, Australian labour laws, and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels and resolve conflicts
Strategic thinking and business acumen to align HR initiatives with organisational goals
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite
Experience in change management, organisational development, and talent management
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
