What your day might look like:
- Creating system drawings, PFDs, for use in on-site manuals and proposals
- Conducting wet testing in the laboratory on water samples
- Actively monitoring process equipment performance through online tools
- Assisting in fulfilling monthly reporting requirements
- Managing bulk chemical inventory and aiding in the procurement of chemical products as needed
- Collaborating with supervisors on plant equipment optimization opportunities
- Conducting field checks on process equipment (flows, pH, conductivity, chemical residuals, etc.)

- Experience performing fundamental chemical tasks like titrations, pH & conductivity measurements, and utilizing other basic chemistry lab instruments

- Strong aptitude for teamwork & communication

Requirements & Qualifications
This role is ideally suited for individuals currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) program (Chemical, Environmental, Industrial, or Mechanical) or a Bachelor of Science (BSc) program in Chemistry. Consideration will also be extended to other science-based technical programs and degrees.
