Job Description

  • Pricing & Financial Modeling Support: 

    • Build and maintain pricing models for growth opportunities, renewals, and long-term service agreements.

    • Support rate calculations, cost build-ups, and margin validation.

    • Assist in financial modeling and profitability analysis for new projects.

    • Conduct sensitivity analysis and scenario modeling on pricing assumptions.

    • Ensure consistency between operational assumptions and financial outputs.

    • Maintain standardized pricing templates and model documentation.

  • Commercial & Operational Support: 

    • Support Business Development and Sales teams in preparing financially robust proposals.

    • Collaborate with Operations to validate cost assumptions and delivery models.

    • Assist in evaluating pricing strategies and competitive positioning.

    • Support post-award margin analysis and performance tracking.

    • Contribute financial analysis supporting growth of energy and newly acquired business activities.

  • Growth Performance & Reporting Support: 

    • Support tracking of secured, won, and pipeline growth across Business Development, Sales, and Operations.

    • Assist in maintaining growth dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting tools.

    • Support reconciliation of pipeline, booked revenue, and forecast data.

    • Assist in preparation of reporting materials for internal review and governance processes.

  • Finance and growth Governance Support:

    • Support financial and growth governance processes, including participation in the WIN process for new business opportunities.

    • Assist in preparing financial documentation and supporting materials for internal governance reviews and executive approval processes.

    • Support financial validation of opportunities by reviewing key assumptions, pricing inputs, and data integrity prior to submission.

    • Ensure financial models, assumptions, and supporting analyses are properly documented and aligned with established governance standards.

    • Contribute to maintaining consistency, transparency, and auditability of financial data across growth initiatives.

  • Process analysis and improvement:

    • Partner with sales, finance, and operations teams to identify and address inefficiencies, improve financial performance (order to cash cycle, etc.)

    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing processes and seeking feedback from stakeholders.

  • Ad hoc analysis and initiatives:

    • Support the Finance Director and Senior Financial Analyst with ad hoc financial analysis, business cases, and presentations.

    • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives supporting growth and operational performance.

Qualifications

  • Educational background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance 
  • Professional background: Prior experience with financial modeling of business opportunities in a financial or corporate business environment. Experience in building relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

  • Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, Strong communication skills. Self-starting, flexible, and responsive; able to drive decisions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Languages: English

Starting month of the assignment: Oct 1, 2026

Duration: 18 months 

Remuneration: 5046,14€ net/month (according to the rates of January 2026)

Benefits: 30 days' leave per 12 months / Tax-free / French pension contribution
