Location: West Kowloon

Job Description

• Prepare plans and procedures for maintenance works in a district cooling plant
• Plant, lead and supervise a team of in-house technicians and subcontractors for routine maintenance works
• Monitor equipment status, respond to equipment fault, prepare reports and records for maintenance works
• Plan and monitor tools and spare parts stock level
• Improve health and safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Higher diploma or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
• Possession of a valid driving license is an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command in written and spoken in English and Chinese

Additional Information

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ solid working experience in building services installation and maintenance works of MVAC & electrical system
• Able to lead a team of technicians for different maintenance tasks
