Requirements & Qualifications
The rotations are crafted to provide a comprehensive view of Treatment Solutions, deliver real-world job experience, and offer opportunities for networking. Rotation assignments vary for each individual and are mutually determined by management and the employee. Work assignments range from conducting finite element analysis of a membrane to devising new testing procedures in our cutting-edge laboratory. Each program includes:
Four (4) Six-month Rotations across departments like:
Engineering
R&D, Laboratory, and Piloting
Municipal and Industrial Proposals

Throughout the program, all engineers report directly to the department head. Meetings are conducted once per rotation to review ongoing rotational progress, plan forthcoming rotations, and discuss long-term career aspirations.
When starting a new department rotation, engineers are paired with a technical mentor. This mentor assigns projects, monitors progress, and discusses future opportunities in their department with the new engineer.
As the rotation program nears its end, management collaborates with the engineer to identify the department they wish to permanently join.
Open to all majors in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil/Environmental Engineering, and Chemical Engineering.**
