Electrical Engineer

Job Description

• Organize and lead AME projects until hand over to the end user with good quality/budget control. 
• Work with IT to integrate current auto machines with big data to drive productivity/ OEE/quality/EHS
• Develop New solution/design for New Production line and issues raised by Customers (Mainly internal customer)
• Support to build Brilliant factory according to the plant plan
• Provide the technical support to maintenance/production to help them with difficult miscellaneous issues
• Help the maintenance team with their skill by systematic training. 
• Collaborate with Mechanical engineer daily work in specific project.   
• Lead or take part in the TCP activities
• Other tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Above in Electrical/ Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent 
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience
• Working experience in auto machine electrical design/PLC program writing/Commissioning and system trouble shooting; 
• Master Rockwell software, Studio,Rslogix 5000&Factorytalk view software, familiar with Siemens TIA/ GE/Omron PLC/HMI and their software, hardware and network configuration.
• Experience in Motion control design, e.g. VFD, Servo, stepper motor configuration and commissioning
• Electrical CAD drawing design; Program design; Electric& Pneumatic related Components selecting knowledges 
• Experience in industrial robot and Co-robot operation and commissioning, e.g. ABB, UR or other.
• Good project management skill as well as English skill on writing/speaking; Working language is Mandarin Chinese
• Ability to work independently in a cross functional team with good communication skill
• Know the basic mechanical knowledges, can work with mechanical engineer to solve the specific issues 

Additional Information

• Previous experience with Lean Manufacturing
• Experience in water treatment industry
• Knowledge and experience in writing work instructions per ISO 9000 requirements
