Job Description
GENERAL FUNCTION
Responsible for managing the sales and to achieve sales targets.
General
To lead the sales under your capacity
Manage and Service the existing accounts. Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
Achieve the Sales and Profitability target set by the company.
Review tTo discuss with reporting manager to negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions (with company Legal Department) to meet both clients and company needs. The daily, weekly, monthly sales report and report to management
Traveling (within Thailand) to visit existing and potential clients
Responsible for sales target achievement and to set monthly sales target for sales teams
Plan marketing activities to achieve sales volume estimations and review effectiveness
Analyze market trends, sales performance through channels and other critical trends
Promote sales by executing marketing and promotional strategies
To execute marketing initiatives marketing strategies to build consumer preference and drive volumes in focus with the overall brand strategy
Analyse business potential, conceptualize & execute plans for new product development and launch
