Job Summary
Office based sales position within the back-office team, acting as a Customer Service Associate. The person in this role is responsible for providing customer and sales support functions. The Customer Service Associate answers incoming calls and emails regarding complex customer service issues, purchase orders, billing questions, and collects payments from our customers

Duties & Responsibilities
- Using the CRM database to process sales orders, send order confirmations, update orders for billing
- Answering incoming calls regarding purchase orders, billing, and payments,
- Responsible for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests
- Processing payments from the customers.
- Filing customer paperwork
- Works with distributor online portals to retrieve and confirm orders.
- Assist other departments and channels throughout the organization with Customer Care related support
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Education & Experience
- Associate degree or equivalent experience of at least 1+ years in customer service role in lieu of degree
Required:

Preferred:
- Proficiency in Salesforce
- Proficiency in Google Sheets (or Excel equivalent)
- Experience with a CRM system.

- Compensation - The salary range is tied to the market for similarly benchmarked roles. The range is not an absolute, but a guide, and offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions, as well as internal peer equity. Depending upon all the preceding considerations for the final selected individual candidate, the offer may be lower or higher than the stated range: $50,000 - $60,000
