Job Description
- Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Manager or Senior IT Support Engineer, assisting with day-to-day IT operations, system updates, and administration to support reliable IT service.
- Support monitoring and maintenance of IT infrastructures, networks, servers, and cloud services.
- Assist in implementing and managing cybersecurity and data protection procedures under guidance.
- Support incident response and security threat remediation under supervision.
- Assist with IT infrastructure projects and digital transformation initiatives.
- Support vendor and stakeholder communication activities.
- Follow professional IT management practices and compliance rules.
- Maintain awareness of current IT infrastructure practices and emerging technologies.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or IT infrastructure (or recent graduate with relevant coursework).
- Cloud knowledge and willingness to develop expertise.
- Preferred: CompTIA A+, Network+, or entry-level cloud certifications.
- Hands-on experience or familiarity with TCP/IP networking, Windows AD, VMware, AWS, or similar technologies.
- Ability to develop and maintain technical documentation.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with team members.
- Ability to communicate in written and spoken English; Cantonese and Mandarin a plus.
