Join Veolia as a National Account Manager and elevate your career to new heights! We're looking for individuals with a background in Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, or other STEM backgrounds who are passionate about environmental sustainability and possess robust sales skills. Whether you come from a technical background or have experience in strategic account management, your role will be crucial in leading the development and growth of some of our most significant customer relationships within the HPI vertical.

As the National Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront of Veolia's efforts to deepen our footprint in the HPI sector. Through your strategic insight and exceptional relationship• building skills, you'll work closely with key customers to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities. By aligning Veolia's comprehensive solutions with customer objectives, you'll not only drive growth but also foster long-term partnerships that contribute to sustainable industrial progress.

Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Customer Engagement and Growth: Act as the driving force in developing and maintaining key customer relationships within the HPI vertical, leveraging your expertise to discover and meet critical corporate needs.
• Innovative Strategy and Account Management: Employ strategic execution of corporate account strategies, aligning with commercial, product management, and technology teams to ensure collaborative growth within the Hydrocarbon Processing Industry.
• cross-functional Collaboration and Leadership: Lead and integrate efforts across various teams, maintaining operational rhythms and business processes to drive initiatives and achieve account objectives.

Core Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or related), Biology, Chemistry, or Marketing from an accredited college or university.
•Minimum of 10 years of experience in selling large complex accounts, complex contracts, and/or technical solutions of substantial value in the Refining or Oil and Gas sectors.

Eligibility Requirements:
•Ability to travel as required within the territory and reside within the assigned region or close to customer locations.
•Willingness to work in various environments, adhering to safety standards and using Personal Protective Equipment as necessary.

The range is not an absolute, but a guide, and offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions, as well as internal peer equity.
