Service Coordinator

Bandet Way, Thame (Office Based)

Permanent, Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm

Salary up to £28,000 depending on previous experience

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Service Coordinator to join our team.

In this role, you will coordinate the activities of our service engineers to ensure we meet customer needs and uphold our contractual obligations.

You will also provide essential administrative support to keep the service office running smoothly and efficiently.
 

What you will be doing….

  • Plan and schedule customer visits for service engineers, including preventative maintenance (PPM) and breakdown visits.

  • Arrange and dispatch parts and spares required for engineer visits.

  • Prepare and issue risk assessments and method statements.

  • Handle customer queries, providing support or directing to the appropriate team member.

  • Send customer feedback emails with service reports and review reports for further actions.

  • Raise and submit quotes to customers and maintain the quote log.

  • Monitor and resolve issues on the credit control spreadsheet to clear accounts.

  • Provide support to the Service team and, when required, other departments within the company.

 

Qualifications

What we are looking for…

Essential:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role.

  • Computer literate with confidence learning new systems

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Confident, professional communication skills

  • A team player who is proactive and self-motivated

  • The ability to prioritise and meet deadlines

Preferred:

  • Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets).

  • Experience working with CRM systems.
