Participate in the process of annual budget preparation by coordinating the parties involved in the process and summarize the data in the required formats and deadlines;
Responsible for the correctness of the financial information in the monthly closing (Monthly Flash) – check and analyze accounting entries in the ERP system;
Review P&L on a monthly basis, analyze variances between budget, actual and forecasted figures;
Prepare regular controlling reports, presentations and analyses for management needs;
Prepare estimated cash flow;
Support departmental managers in forecasting and budgeting;
Exercise monthly control on operational costs;
Participate in the development of new and optimization of existing process in the Finance function;
University Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent;
5+ years of relevant experience in Finance, including FP&A and Controlling;
Proven experience of business partnership and ability to work with other functions (sales, marketing, operations etc.);
Communication skills and ability to present and explain complex concepts in a simple manner;
Demonstrated ability to deliver on multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines;
Ability to adapt and work well in a fast-paced, results-oriented and rapidly changing environment;
Strong technical skills - very good knowledge and practical experience with Excel;
Very good English, both written and spoken;
Previous experience with ERP Systems.
