Job Description

Conduct statistical, trend, and spatial analyses to identify patterns in water consumption, leakages, and water quality variations.

Collect, clean, and validate data from operational systems, IoT sensors, laboratory reports, GIS databases, field monitoring systems and customer services.

Collaborate with engineers to interpret findings and support project objectives.

Support the development of predictive models for demand forecasting, leak detection, and system optimization.

Manage data pipelines and ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

Integrate multiple data sources (databases, APIs, Excel, GIS, etc.) into Power BI or similar tool for unified analytics.

Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Develop and maintain interactive dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) related to water supply, quality, demand, and asset performance.

Qualifications

Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in data science

Previous experience: 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence

Skills: Experience working with large datasets, time-series data, and geospatial data. Strong command of SQL and at least one scripting language (Python or R) and data modeling. Demonstrated experience developing dashboards and reports.

Languages: English

Other: A good understanding of the concepts and principles related to carbon footprint (desirable)
