We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our global team, with positions available in both London and Singapore. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in aligning our human resources strategies with our business objectives, fostering a positive work environment, and driving organizational success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals
- Partner with leaders to design and execute talent management initiatives, including performance management, development planning, and compensation reviews
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees to enhance work relationships, boost morale, and increase productivity
- Oversee and optimize early career development programs, such as internships and graduate schemes
- Develop and maintain HR analytics reports, scorecards, and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and relevant employment laws in both local and international contexts
- Lead strategic HR projects that drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement
- Conduct workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives to meet current and future business needs
- Facilitate conflict resolution and mediate employee relations issues as needed
- Stay current with HR trends and best practices, recommending innovative solutions to enhance our HR processes
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) highly desired
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a Business Partner or generalist role
- In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices, including familiarity with international HR practices
- Proven experience in employee relations, coaching, and performance management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present insights in a clear, visual format
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and decision-making capabilities
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in talent management strategies and performance management processes
- Knowledge of training and development best practices
- Cross-cultural communication skills and ability to work effectively in a global environment
- Willingness to travel between London and Singapore offices as needed
- Collaborative mindset with a customer-focused approach to HR service delivery
- Adaptability and resilience in navigating complex organizational challenges
