What your day might look like:
-Act as a trusted consultant and advisor, applying technologies from our extensive product portfolio to address various water and process treatment challenges.
-Emphasize safety and environmental practices while implementing customer-specific solutions.
-Engage in fieldwork, collaborating with commercial sites and performing hands-on tasks such as working with test equipment, chemical feed systems, and other water treatment-related equipment.
-Proactively manage preventative maintenance, optimize chemical feed and equipment operations, and utilize predictive analytics to anticipate and resolve issues effectively.
-Be an integral part of a collaborative team, actively participating in daily operational meetings to stay informed and share best practices and impactful solutions.
-Foster account growth by partnering across teams and divisions to deliver innovative equipment, chemical, and analytics solutions.
-Celebrate customer success by recognizing environmental and operational savings achieved through our technologies and consultative recommendations with industry-standard Proof Not Promises awards.

Bonus Skills
-Prior experience in direct sales, customer service, account management, or industry operations is advantageous.
-Strong communication and technical (computer) skills are valuable assets.
Requirements & Qualifications
-Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical), Biology, Environmental Science, Technology, or Chemistry. Relevant field experience will also be considered.
-Willingness to work in various environments, including heavy industrial facilities, light manufacturing facilities, and commercial & institutional properties.
-Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel overnight 1-2 days per month.
