Finance Intern (Spring 2025)

As the Finance Intern, you will be joining a fast-paced, energetic and challenging
environment as part of a Project Team. In this role, you will have an opportunity to work
alongside experienced professionals within the Finance organization. You will gain exposure
to technical and commercial aspects while supporting the finance team to set up a reporting
structure aligned with our Corporate requirement. You will assist the Finance team in
achieving its project goals and objectives as an active participant.

Please note: This is a part-time, 6-month internship, with an anticipated start date in January 2025.

In this role, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Work with operations teams assisting in the development of financial reports in support of monthly closing activities aligned to international, regional, legal entity and business line reporting
  • Work with the financial team to optimize the profitability analysis by Region and by Business Line
  • Work with the finance team to develop a playbook to document key processes, procedures and policies
  • Assist team in the improvement initiatives gathering feedback for the playbook ease of understanding and testing for completion and accuracy of documentation

  • Communicate effectively to groups in person and over the phone
  • Good knowledge of Accounting principles
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and perseverance
  • Strong understanding and management of Google and Microsoft tools (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)

Education: Bachelor Degree in course of completion in Business Administration, Finance or
equivalent related discipline
