What your day might look like:
The Engineering Rotation Program forms the basis for the future achievements of Veolia's Treatment Solutions engineers and the overall success of the organization. The program aims to initiate the development and training of the upcoming generation of skilled and proficient engineers through a 24-month engineering rotation initiative.
Lay the groundwork for technical proficiency.
Assign challenging projects.
Foster exposure to Water & Wastewater engineering (and other functions).
Cultivate a holistic enterprise perspective.
Facilitate interaction with Senior Leadership.
Establish the foundation for building professional networks.

Requirements & Qualifications
Rotations: Our rotations are thoughtfully designed to offer a comprehensive insight into Treatment Solutions, furnish hands-on job experience, and foster valuable networking prospects. Each rotation's specifics are tailored to individual needs in collaboration with management. Assignments could span from conducting finite element analysis on a membrane to devising innovative testing procedures in our advanced laboratory. The program encompasses:
Four (4) Six-month Rotations in various departments, including:
Engineering
Research & Development, Laboratory, and Pilot Testing
Municipal and Industrial Proposal Development
Coaching and Career Growth
Throughout the program, all engineers directly report to the department head. Regular meetings are held during each rotation to review current progress, plan forthcoming rotations, and discuss long-term career trajectories. As engineers transition to new departments, they will be assigned technical mentors who will provide project assignments, monitor advancement, and explore future opportunities within their respective departments. As the program nears its end, management collaborates with engineers to determine their desired permanent department.
Eligible Majors
-All majors in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil/Environmental Engineering, and Chemical Engineering.
-Work Authorization
