What your day might look like:
- Initial point of contact to assist employees with inquiries, challenges, and general HR support requirements.
- Provides guidance to employees to foster a positive, productive employment environment devoid of discrimination and disparities.
- Executes routine tasks essential for administering human resource programs, including but not limited to compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, disputes, and investigations.
- Participates in recruiting, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring of highly qualified job applicants for vacant positions. Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the skills and competencies needed for openings.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required and a minimum of 1+ years of HR Experience (or a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of additional experience in a closely related position).
- Prior experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in a heavy industrial environment (desired)
- Familiarity with Federal/State laws pertaining to human resources administration.
