• Act as a business partner and work closely with business leaders and line managers to achieve shared organizational objectives;
• Partner with the management team to understand and execute the organization’s human resources and talent management strategy, particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, development and succession planning;
• Manage a team of HR and administration professionals;
• Manages the talent acquisition process and ensure coverage of the recruitment needs;
• Drive the Skills Development Plan, in line with company’s business objectives;
• Assess learning and development needs and monitor training programs;
• Oversee and ensure transparent and equitable performance management process;
• Maintain compensation plan and benefits programs. Manage pay budget. Analyze market trends;
• Lead the implementation of Corporate HR projects, initiatives and systems;
• Identify gaps in organizational capability and propose strategy to overcome these gaps and meet business needs;
• Ensure Veolia Group values, goals and strategies are in place and respected within the organization;
• Organize the continuous monitoring of all applicable social regulations & legislation;
• Report and interpret HR KPIs to understand key organizational dynamics and propose relevant actions.


• Relevant university degree diploma: HR, Business Administration or Management; Economics, Social Sciences or other relevant;
• 5+ years of work experience in HR management field, preferably in an international company;
• Proven team management / leadership experience;
• Experience in budget and project management;
• Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems;
• Practical knowledge of local employment-related laws and regulations;
• Experience in procedures writing;
• Excellent command of Bulgarian and English (verbal & written);
• Excellent computer literacy;
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
Very good communication and negotiation skills;
• Responsibility and independence in managing assgined tasks;
• Agile and assertive.
