- Take charge of operational management of project company, guarantee safe, stable, continuous operation to satisfy clients’ requirements;
- Be responsible for economical operation, reach the annual saving, operation optimization and cost saving targets on production;
- Execute safety regulation system, supervise the implementation of related requirements, guarantee no human-made accident of equipment damage or personal injury;
- Draw up and perfect operation management regulations, job responsibilities, working standards and implementation;
- Organize technique training for the operation department to increase employee’s skills and qualification;
- Check the defects of equipment, and coordinate with maintenance to remove defects timely and check maintenance quality;
- Take charge of operation data and indexes statistics, analysis and maintain proper records, collect and clear up all operation materials;
- Take charge of staff performance assessment of the operation department, and guarantee effective implementation of performance assessment;- Follow the policy of ISO9001、ISO14001、OHSAS18001和ISO 50001 management system
- Bachelor degree or above,majored in power generation related;
- Minimum 3 years working experience in of operational management in power plant;
- Proficient in English;
- Be familiar with power plant processes and procedures.
