seeking a Production Manager to spearhead our cutting-edge facilities. In this pivotal role
you'll be the driving force behind our operational success, fostering a culture of innovation,
safety, and continuous improvement. Your primary focus will be overseeing the regeneration
of ion exchange resins and other water treatment media – the lifeblood of our industry-
leading solutions. As you master this critical process, you'll constantly seek ways to enhance
efficiency, streamline operations, and boost productivity. Your leadership will energize our
production team, ensuring we meet and exceed our goals while maintaining the highest

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate production team to meet safety, quality, and production goals
  • Optimize operations through continuous improvement projects
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and permit adherence
  • Collaborate with Gulf Plants Manager and Operations Manager on operational issues
  • Oversee preventive maintenance and emergency work
  • Implement and enforce safety and risk management programs
  • Manage staffing, training, and personnel issues
  • Develop a culture of Built-in Quality and strong customer relationships
  • Conduct monthly safety meetings and participate in audits
  • Review Key Business Indicators and manage SAP transactions
  • Lead Kaizen events and identify cost reduction opportunities
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Business (highly desirable)
  • Minimum 2 years experience leading 10+ staff in manufacturing/services environment
  • Knowledge of manufacturing management disciplines
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Awareness of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and/or Kaizen
  • Understanding of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulations

Desired Skills:

  • ISO 9001 QMS knowledge
  • Experience with water treatment processes
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
