In this People Technology Analyst role with Veolia WTS, you’ll work with stakeholders across the globe performing analysis, design, configuration, documentation, and roll-out of expanded HR Technology capabilities to meet ever-evolving business needs and regulatory requirements. You’ll provide client support for Veolia WTS’ global HRIS deployment including SaaS modules such as HCM, Talent, Compensation, Learning, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Reporting + other HR system touchpoints (Kronos, HR ticketing system, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with stakeholders to implement and maintain HR system solutions and enhance functionality in support of evolving business needs.
- In-depth SuccessFactors knowledge to define and solve global functional requirements, reporting, and security business needs.
- Provides technical support across all HR Systems, including researching and resolving issues and technical training. Supports release process and forges strong partnerships with functional subject matter experts to help identify needs, present research and trend data, and influence what features and functionality best enhance a streamlined, user-friendly experience.
- Knowledge of Veolia WTS’ HR Technology applications (may vary by assignment). Supports and advises on HR System projects including application enhancements/upgrades, new functionality deployment, and/or new application implementations. Maintains an understanding of the various business processes, recommends roadmap direction, surfaces current inefficiencies, and guides design decisions.
- Ensures integrity of HR data through regular auditing cycles, partnering with key stakeholders to ensure the flow of information between interfaces is stable and efficient.
- Partners with HR colleagues to build, automate, and maintain standard HR Reporting/Dashboards.
- Supports HR initiatives by collecting and consolidating data and summarizing/reporting results and key trends.
About You:
- Around 2-3 years of experience working in HRIS or an Information Technology environment
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Business and system analysis skills + technology aptitude
- HR domain knowledge and experience
- Conflict resolution skills + customer service mindset
- Collaboration skills, proactively partnering across the organization
- Attention to detail, process orientation, and ability to provide detailed documentation
Required Education & Experience:
- Associate Degree required
- 2-3 years of HR Software experience working specifically with SuccessFactors
- Understanding of how to handle system configuration, troubleshooting, application support, systems administration, configuration, and/or security administration, etc.
- Ability to learn new systems and effectively scope technical parameters + anticipate impact
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or IT-related discipline
- Project management experience
