  • 24x7 Customer care centers to serve the citizens on a dedicated toll-free number (1800-266-9899)

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

Ensure that all HR functions are performed according to planning and requirements.

Team Management of HR Admin.

Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems.

Administers the compensation program; monitors the performance evaluation program and revision as and when necessary.

Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of the department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to frequently improve efficiency of the department and services performed.

Oversee gap in manpower and recruitment procedure, guide team for recruitment strategy.

Monitoring payroll activities according to budget planning.

Regularly visiting Zonal Offices and ensuring smooth implementation of all policy, procedure & systems

Liaison with surrounding Government Body like Labor Inspector and PF Office

Ensure that all legal compliance and documentations are followed properly.

Present data in the Audit as and when required

Manage yearly increment, promotion, transfer, or demotion of employees.

Ensure satisfaction of employees with company policies and benefit programs.

Perform schedule check in all HR/Legal/Admin to ensure document & database management.

Planning and implementing of Admin department budget

Approving External agencies invoices and proposals

Coordinate with Delhi Head Office and provide data as and when required

Supervise facilities management activities such as Canteen Management, Housekeeping, Guest Relations and Security Management.

Employee Engagement Activities

Manage all the global HR tools

15 -20 years of experience

Good communication qualities and interpersonal skills required.

Good fluency in English, Hindi and/or Marathi.

Knowledge of Labour Laws

Knowledge of SAP HCM
