Ecospace Limited, a subsidiary of Veolia Hong Kong & Macau, operates Hong Kong's only Chemical Waste Treatment Facility, managing hazardous and medical waste since 1993. The facility ensures safe, reliable, and environmentally responsible waste management.
Job Description
- Provide support to end users and the operations teams
- Manage asset inventory and service contracts
- Ensure the availability of critical IT infrastructures
- Oversee IT Network, Servers, Cloud Services and Cybersecurity of operation sites
- Participate in projects related to Network, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Digital Transformation
- Follow professional IT management practice and compliance
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, or other relevant IT certifications.
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant work experience in user devices and network support.
- Hands-on experience with TCP/IP networking, Windows AD and VMware
- Able to communicate in written and spoken English and Chinese
Additional Information
Requirements:
- Experience in Google Workspace is an advantage
