Manage and execute end-to-end recruitment activities for all levels of roles independently, from understanding business needs, sourcing candidates to making offers
Act as a local administrator for the newly launched Application Tracking System
Research for market trends and recruitment channels.
Manage the hiring budget, liaise with & manage recruitment agencies
Conduct the New Joiner Orientation program and staff engagement program
Manage and oversee international mobility processes. The mobility process includes visa application, lease arrangement, shipping vendor management, education, and home trip arrangement.
Ensure the smooth implementation of the performance management cycle
Conduct Exit Interviews and handle employee discipline and grievance
Prepare and update various HR reports in a quality and timely manner
Participate in HR projects, policies/ procedures review, and any ad hoc duties as assigned
Degree holder in HRM or related disciplines
At least 10 years of generalist experience in Human Resources from multinational organizations with solid experience in recruitment for all levels of positions, mobility management, and Applicant Tracking System
Independent, confident to work with the regional team, responsible, able to work under pressure, tight timeline with strong multi-tasking skills and flexibility
Strong work ethics and aptitude for compliance
Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinances and other related regulations
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
Strong presentation skills, communication, and interpersonal skills
Work Location: Quarry Bay
