Job Description
Position Purpose:
Develop, implement and manage all control and reporting tools such as Documentation control, Cost control and Planning.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage construction planning activities required to develop the overall plan.
- Manage project schedule and deliverables in accordance with processes and procedures.
- Produce cost and progress s-curves.
- Liaising with managers and Engineers of all departments to discuss the progress of the project and address any issues that arise.
- Draft letters, memo and reports in relation with Project control issues (Documentation, Cost, Planning).
- Assist Contract manager and Procurement in case of disputes with contractors/suppliers.
Work Environment:
- This is a full-time, onsite position (5 days per week) located at the Haworth WTP.
Qualifications
Education/Experience/Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical.
- Experience in Water/Wastewater D&B projects.
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Strong listening abilities and reporting skills.
- Familiar with Project Control tools (Doc control, Planning, etc..)
- Computer skills (MS Project, AoDOCs or Procore, etc..)
Additional Information
Pay Range: $125000 to $150000 per year.
