We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced QA/QC Inspector to join our growing team. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring that all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and comply with all applicable regulations and specifications.
As a QA/QC Inspector, you will be required to:
Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific quality plans, procedures, and checklists.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor and verify the quality of materials, workmanship, and construction activities.
Identify and document any non-conformances, deviations, or potential risks.
Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and track corrective actions to ensure timely resolution.
Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to address quality-related issues and implement corrective measures.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions.
Prepare and submit regular quality reports to project management and clients.
Stay abreast of industry best practices, codes, and regulations.
Participate in project meetings and provide input on quality-related matters
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field preferred with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a QA/QC Inspector in the civil engineering industry.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and quality control procedures.
Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., ACI, ASTM, IBC).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in using Office Tools softwares and relevant inspection software.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
