We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Generalist with strong reporting capabilities to join our dynamic Human Resources team.

This role combines traditional HR responsibilities with advanced data analysis and reporting duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive HR reports and analytics

• Create and analyze workforce metrics and KPIs

• Manage HR data integrity and reporting systems

• Handle regular HR operations including onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations

• Provide data-driven insights to support HR decision-making

• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation

• Support performance management processes with analytical insights

• Preparare report and analytics for various HR metrics in order to support leadership decision making or projects  

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

• Assist in HR process optimization through data analysis

 

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of HR experience with focus on reporting and analytics

• Strong proficiency in data analysis, filtering, and visualization

• Advanced Excel skills and experience with HRIS systems

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Fluent in both Hungarian and English

• Experience in creating statistical reports and presentations

• Knowledge of HR best practices and employment law
