Job Description
T&P Strategy rollout to develop uncovered markets
T&P offering expansion in every market and territory
Commercialize the WT Technos & Products portfolio, designed and manufactured by the Global T&P organization (NPI)
Implement the Technos and Product roadmap within the given cluster
Align and translate the Technologies & Products Europe guidance into actionable items
Support and coordinate T&P portfolio training to the sales field community
Implement and monitor T&P sales upon market access and distribution strategy
Contribute to the Indirect sales channel strategy, development, training, and management
Provide and contribute actively to the voice of the customer and innovation needs to the T&P global teams, and commit to the product's successful launch in the cluster.
Define sales commitment and monitor territory teams' performance (KPIs) in close collaboration with the Sales Country leadership team
Review for the given territories all R&D and/or project development that may be of interest for the whole region and in line with the global T&P Business Line
Synergies: Operate As One WaterTech, cross-selling, lead sharing programme, and Internalisation and top-line growth
T&P Europe will be also P&L driven (Activity)
To prepare our European Roadmap and strategic initiatives, below are the main activities to start with:
Assessment of the current T&P business (including T&P sold throughout Projects, Services, and CSM)
potential swap out (equivalent) available into T&P portfolio
The T&P Leader will be counting on the whole regional team, from technological expertise to operational performance, to deliver our commitment to end users.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
MBA preferred
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in commercial and strategic management
Experience in technology and product industry, preferably in water/environmental sector
Strong understanding of commercial processes and business development
P&L management experience
Supply chain and operations knowledge
Market analysis and strategic planning capabilities
Proficiency in digital tools and KPIs
Experience in sales strategy implementation and monitoring
Indirect channel development and management expertise
Ability to analyze and translate customer needs into solutions
Leadership and multicultural team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Strategic thinking and commercial vision
Ability to work in international environments
Results-oriented mindset
Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Cross-functional collaboration skills
Fluent English required

International travel availability
